Happy America! Even if you are not American, I hope you take some time today to go eat a Hamburger. I’m very glad that summer is here. It means pools, fireworks, and a little time off to write some new songs. Of course, i’m not going off duty for very long. Next week, I’m getting back in my car to start a whole string of shows in Connecticut, California, and then back to my tri-state area for some huge shows (starting with a kick-off show as part of The Android Plus Festival at The Blockley in sunny Philadelphia on Saturday, July 9).
Check out the full tour schedule for July as new tour dates are still being added! In August, get ready for a headlining show at Webster Hall in NYC, Hard Rock Cafe in Philadelphia, The Sculpture Gardens in Hamilton NJ, and a performance on one of the main stages at Musikfest in Bethlehem PA alongside artists like Steely Dan, Allison Krauss and Maroon 5.
I would also like to tell you that I’m putting on a Super Secret Surprise Show TONIGHT, to celebrate this fine country, on a rooftop in Brooklyn, complete with Fireworks! (Thank you, Macy’s.) If you are in the NYC area for July 4th, reply in the next few hours, and I’ll tell you where to go.
