They Broke Into My Car, And Took My Pants

Earlier this month, I drove into NYC to play a gig. This was the scene I came back to:

Gone was my laptop, my camera, my notebooks, my contacts, tons of valuable info, and a bag with my pajama pants… and I loved those pants. But they didn’t take my folder of music! (or, for that matter, my car.) Needless to say, after a very frustrating and major bummer of a week, thank you for packing in tight for The Princeton Arts Council concert. That night was really a beautiful light at the end of the tunnel for me.  At the end of the day, being able to make music for you brings me comfort and makes me happy, and there’s too much going on to let awful people slow me down. So, Onward!  There is something you can do: because many files were lost, please send along any pictures or videos you might have of previous shows you have attended.  As I update my sites and rebuild my library, I appreciate you sharing your memories with me – as i have apparently donated mine to the streets of New York.
