The annual Brooklyn BBQ Block Party returned to Williamsburg on June 21, with a unique outdoor performance at Kinfolk Studios. Singer/Songwriter Avi Wisnia connects some of today’s hottest independent musicians from all over NYC for free live music making and collaboration, featuring a wide variety of performances, food, drink, and special guests. The Brooklyn BBQ Block Party is a part of Make Music New York’s Festival for the summer solstice and parallels the organization’s mission of celebrating music in public spaces throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Kinfolk Studios in Brooklyn is a creative space featuring a rotating selection of projects highlighting the finest in art, music, food and culture.
