Notes: Temple Shaaray Tefila presents a screening of the award-winning documentary “How Saba Kept Singing” in New York City, in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day. The film tells the story of how Cantor David Wisnia survived the Holocaust through his modern-day journey back to Poland with his grandson Avi. The movie features music by both David Wisnia and Avi Wisnia, plus a brand new original song composed for the film. The screening will include live music performances and post-film discussion with Avi Wisnia. This memorial event is open to the public with RSVP.
